Discussion in 'Moderator Applications' started by Jaheim, Jun 17, 2017.
Hi, first off I would like to start by saying you did an amazing job with the colors. They add passion to your text and make me feel somewhat excited and happy when I look at them. However, it was not the colored words that made your application truly stand out to me. It was your sense of helpfulness and happiness towards players of the server. Although friendliness is claimed by many applicants, you talked about helping with the small problems, which is important. Giving the small guy a voice and a friendly ear to explain his problems to is more help than anything else I can think of. Often, unrecognized players are overlooked and feel like there is nobody that can help them. I think many people look to mods as help so you would get a lot more questions and become more trustworthy.
I feel dedication is a really important factor when it comes to being a moderator. You seem to have this quality that puts you in a valuable position and makes you a good candidate for the moderator position. You put that you are available twelve hours a day, so if help is needed on the server you can come to the rescue and control the issue. You obviously spent lots of time coloring individual words within your questions. This shows that you appreciate a high quality in your work and get the job done. It seems when you set your mind to something, nothing can stop you. The server could really use your help with working through problems among players and seeing that the job is truly completed. You sound like the kind of person that gets to the source of the problems, not the problem itself.
This is summer for you. You are sixteen and are in your prime for helping with problems around the server. A strong energetic light surrounds your presence and draws in help from other players. There is no higher responsibility than moderator, so taking it seriously is a task with no easy feat. However, you show that you can be serious as well as energetic when the time comes. When you talk about how you can yield to the hours that best serve the server it showed me a side to you many may not see. Twelve hours out of your day is not a easy figure to match when you could be doing something of equal importance. You say the server comes first and I believe you. Your words are not in deceptive wording, but in a nurturing and loving tone that comforts people in need.
I've learned to never underestimate the power someone holds within them. You have a lot of power that resides within you. Moderator would be a good way to express many ideas you might have. You strive to be the best and are modest by keeping your sentences simple and to the point of expectation. You complied with all of the requirements for the application so that was also very impressing. I know you are active because you are often on discord and on the server as well. You seem to be appealing to the people of the server when you right this and I think that is more important than saying what some people might want to hear. I was talking about your modesty earlier. Being humble and modest are important factors that should be taken into account when you are deciding whether to be accepted as a mod. Some people look for this position for power, but you are a seeker of all things divine. You look for the purity and position that can grow your personality.

-1 Colors, I'm colorblind soooo, just imagine how weird it looks to me.
To be honest, I dont think you should be moderator. You show lack of skills and just because you're nice that doesn't mean that you'd be qualified. And your application doesn't have any information that I would, like, look for in a moderator.
